0165(2)(b) There were window blinds with inner cords capable of forming a loop located in the two unlicensed rooms that were being utilized by children. The pull cords were secured with tape and not a permanent solution. In addition, there are window blinds in the office that are accessible to children. 0165(2)(c) There were several cords throughout the center that were capable of forming a loop around a child's neck. The two unlicensed rooms that were being utilized had several cords long enough to form a loop. Some were on the table, others were hanging from a wall. Chargers for each of the children's laptop posed a risk as well. And one that came from the portable air conditioner. The licensed school age classroom also had a cord hanging from a television. 0165(2)(d) There were plastic bags accessible to children in the storage cabinets under the handwashing sink in the school age classroom. 0165(3)(b) There was a keruig coffee maker next to where the children from the panda classroom wash hands that poses a burning hazard. 0165(3)(d) The refrigerator posed an entrapment hazard because the kitchen door remains open at all times. There was also a composite bin in the toddler room that posed an entrapment hazard. 0165(3)(e) The cord that was plugged into the outlet fom the laptop posed a tripping hazard. 0165(3)(f) Shelves in the two unlicensed classrooms were not secured to the wall and posed a tipping hazard. A divider in the middle of one of the unlicensed classrooms posed a tipping hazard as well. More shelves in the school age and preschool classrooms that need to be secured, including the cubbies and a dramatic play shelve in the preschool room. 0165(5)(e) the power strip in the preschool room was accessible to the children.
